CricketVoice members are a group of cricket enthusiasts that would like to provide an independent, non-corporate take on cricketing matters. While there are many web-sites that cover sports such as soccer, very few are dedicated to cricket. Most of these sites are a part of larger corporate entities or seek financial favors and would thus hesitate to publish news or offer analysis in a manner that we can, as we have no such compulsions. Further, with new technology we can help bring together cricket fans in ways that weren’t possible before. Sure there are discussion forums and chat servers elsewhere, but Cricketvoice hopes to combine all these features and provide them to you at one place. Most importantly, CricketVoice sees the internet as a way to collaborate – they aren’t competing with any sites, we will in fact link stories to other sites when we find them interesting!
